There’s growing awareness around the mental health crisis and how overstimulation,
isolation, and screen fatigue contribute to it. “Touch Grass” offers a low-tech, high-sensory
counterpoint—using nature and stillness to support emotional wellbeing.
Even brief exposure to natural imagery has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety.
It’s not about escape—it’s about return.

Sound Bath Meditation
(Special Nights: October 1 & 8)
On two special evenings, Touch Grass will host a guided sound bath meditation within the installation. Guests will be invited to lie back on the turf and immerse themselves in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. These sessions are designed to deepen relaxation, enhance grounding, and create a meditative connection to the sensory environment, offering a rare moment of stillness and renewal in the heart of the city.
Spaces are limited for these special sessions—early booking is highly recommended.
