We are pleased to extend our shipping services to orders within the 48 contiguous states. Orders featuring in-stock inventory will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Kindly note that shipping rates are calculated based on the original retail price or the full order value. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

To ensure delivery by Christmas (receive by December 22nd): 

  • With Standard U.S. Shipping, please kindly place your order by December 14th at 10 a.m. CST.
  • For Expedited 2-Day Shipping, please place your order by Dec. 18th at 10 a.m. CST

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We offer expedited shipping for domestic orders within the 48 contiguous states. By selecting expedited shipping at checkout, your in-stock orders will arrive within two days if placed by 12pm CST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm CST will ship the next day, and delivery is expected within 3 days. Oversized or large furniture items are not eligible for expedited shipping. Shop Swoon disclaims responsibility for carrier delays due to weather and/or other circumstances beyond our control. 

MISSING, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

While rare, transit damages or manufacturing defects may occur. It is imperative to inspect items thoroughly upon delivery. Shipments to receiving warehouses must be inspected upon receipt. Should your shipment incur damages or defects, contact us at hello@shopswoon.com within 48 hours of delivery. Submissions after 48 hours are subject to review. 

FURNITURE/RUG DELIVERIES

Please note the measurements of the furniture and rugs you intend to purchase, as well as all entry points, doorways, staircases, and access points for delivery. Furniture is not available for shipment to Hawaii. For a shipping quote to Hawaii, kindly email hello@shopswoon.com. Once your order is ready to ship, you will be contacted to finalize a delivery window. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure items fit inside entry points upon delivery. Shop Swoon is not liable if the piece does not fit in the buyer’s home. 

All items must be inspected upon delivery, and a signature is required. Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading, and damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

All furniture and rugs are final sale and cannot be returned. If approved for a return, a credit will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee, provided in the form of an electronic gift card.
